Program Description

Tal sends text messages to coordinate recreational sports games (such as pickleball and golf) among the operator's personal contacts. Messages include game invitations, availability check-ins, lineup confirmations, and calendar-invite setup. This is a free, personal, non-commercial service.

How You Consent

You opt in by texting IN to (317) 793-3443, or by giving the operator your mobile number and agreeing to receive coordination texts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. See the opt-in details.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You'll only receive messages when a game you might join is being coordinated — typically just a few messages per event.

Opt-Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you'll receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others.

This service is provided free of charge. You use it voluntarily and at your own risk. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Not for Emergencies

This service is for casual scheduling only. Do not use it for emergencies or for any time-critical or safety-related communication.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for any message and data charges billed by your carrier and for keeping your contact details current. Do not provide a mobile number that is not your own.
